Hi, My name is Jim and I love tea

It started because I moved to Taiwan after college. Before I moved to Taiwan, I worried about my 4 cup-a-day coffee habit. I knew the island was famous for tea, but I planned to resist. Coffee is available everywhere in Taiwan, but my opposition to tea didn’t last long. Their coffee turned out to be quite good, but the tea was much better.

Tea vendors line the streets of Taiwan’s cities, and trying every drink became my goal. That required learning Chinese. As I learned more Chinese, I delved deeper into the world of tea. I started to visit other vendors in other towns. I rode through the tea fields in Nantou, visited tearooms in Muzha, and drank bubble tea at the teahouse that invented it in Taichung City.

In Asia, they drink tea because it’s delicious, not because it’s healthy or helps you lose weight. While tea provides a lot of benefits, you have to enjoy the taste first. When my time in Taiwan ended, I looked for a company that focused on tea because it tastes good. Not finding it, I decided to start my own.

Cheers to you for checking out my site, and whatever you do, drink what you like!
